How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can for weddings and large events. Smaller orders can often be arranged at shorter notice, so ask anyway.
Is there a minimum?
It depends on the type of event. Any minimum is spelled out in your quote.
Can we do a tasting?
Ask about tastings when you request a quote, especially for weddings and larger events.
What's included in the price?
Your quote lists everything: food, service style, setup and cleanup, plus any staff, rentals or bar service.
