Subscriptions and memberships
Charge every month or year, or sell a monthly membership with sessions.
Subscriptions use your connected Stripe account, so connect it first in Settings → Payments. They're paid by card only.
To sell one, edit a product in a Products block and set Charge to Every month or Every year. Your page shows the price per month or year and a Subscribe button.
For bookings, edit a package under Bookings and turn on Renews monthly. Members pay every month and get the package's sessions again each month on their pass; unused sessions don't carry over.
- The subscriber pays by card and gets an email with a link to manage it.
- Each renewal is a new order, and they get a receipt.
- If a payment fails, they're asked to update their card; Stripe tries again.
Subscribers cancel from their link, and it stays active until the end of the period they paid for. You can see everyone and cancel for them under Inbox → Orders → Subscribers.
Tip: Changing the price later applies to new subscribers. Existing subscribers keep their price unless you change it in your Stripe Dashboard.
