Give your team access

Give staff their own sign-in, with a role that fits what they do. On the Business plan.

Open Settings → Team access → Invite someone, enter their email address and choose what they can do. They get an email with a link that works for 7 days, and join by signing in with that address.

• Admin: everything except handing the business over, including billing, payments, connections and the team.
• Editor: the page, bookings, the inbox, contacts and products.
• Viewer: can look at everything, can't change anything.

The Business plan has room for 10 people besides you. Invitations still waiting count, and you can cancel one any time. Change someone's role or remove them from the same screen. People in a team can also run a business of their own and switch between them at the top of the app.

Teams use two-step sign-in: once someone joins, you and everyone in the team set up an authenticator app. (The people clients can book are set up separately, in Bookings → Team.)

Tip: If the plan changes to one without a team, the people you invited can't open the business until it's back on Business. Nothing is removed.
